Refund Policy

Because Mr Greet sells digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

However, we want you to have a good experience. Please contact us if:

  • You received the wrong file
  • The file is damaged or cannot be opened
  • You have trouble accessing your download
  • You purchased the same item twice by mistake

We will review the issue and help with a replacement file or another solution when appropriate.

Digital files may not be refunded simply because the customer changed their mind after purchase.
